Meet my Inspiration
I have had the pleasure of caring for many cats in my lifetime. So many stories to tell. And so much that I have learned along the way. I always say that their little furry lives are too short. It just doesn't seem fair that they only get to be here for a such a limited number of years.
Lullaby was really shortchanged. She only had 8 years to lounge and explore and delight in the day's meals or the night's bedtime cuddling. #cancersucks

She was pure joy. She loved her life. And she loved me. She loved me more than food. More than sunshine and light breezes. She never ate breakfast if she could instead spend time with me getting ready in the morning, Breakfast could wait. And she never at dinner when I first got home from work. She always waited until after I had my 'shed the day' wind down time with her.
I miss her every single day.
Every morning when she isn't there to be part of the morning routine.
Every time I come home and she isn't there to greet me at the door as if to say "I'm so glad you're home."
Every night when I go to bed and she isn't pressed against my pilllow for a full night's rest.
Every morning when she isn't there to be part of the morning routine.
Every time I come home and she isn't there to greet me at the door as if to say "I'm so glad you're home."
Every night when I go to bed and she isn't pressed against my pilllow for a full night's rest.
But because I know just how much joy a cat can bring, I want to channel my grief and her joy to help get cats and kittens adopted into loving homes with people who will both appreciate and benefit from Pure Cat Joy in their daily lives.
